Pricing
No-bull prices
Most agencies hide pricing behind a "book a discovery call" button. Here's mine, in the open: honest starting points, and every project gets a fixed written quote before work begins.
Fixed quotes, in writing 100% US-based development Minneapolis — we can meet in person
Starting points
What things actually cost
"From" means the real floor for a done-right version — not a teaser that doubles once you're committed. Your fixed quote depends on scope, and you'll have it before anything starts.

The no-bull promise
How the price stays the price
Software pricing has a trust problem. This is how I don't add to it.
- Fixed quote before work starts. Scope, price, and timeline in writing. If I misjudge the effort, that's my problem — not your invoice.
- No hourly meters on projects. You buy an outcome, not my clock.
- Change is priced before it's built. Want to add something mid-project? You get the number first, then decide.
- No hostage fees. Your domain, code, and data are yours from day one. Leaving me is free — which is exactly why nobody has needed to.
- 100% US-based, one accountable human. Nothing offshored, no subcontractor roulette. The quote, the code, and the phone calls are all the same person.
- Meet me in person. Twin Cities local — happy to talk over coffee at your shop or mine before you spend a dime.
Fair questions
About these numbers
Why "from" prices instead of exact prices?
Because a 5-page site and a 25-page site aren't the same job, and pretending otherwise is how teaser pricing works. The "from" number is the honest floor for a done-right version; your exact fixed price comes in writing after a short conversation — before anything is built.
What moves a price up from the starting point?
Scope, mostly: more pages or screens, integrations with more systems, content that needs producing, or complexity like payments and logins. Every add is itemized in the quote, so you can trim to fit a budget with eyes open.
How does paying work?
Simple milestone payments — part to start, the rest tied to delivery. No 100%-up-front, no net-90 games, and you'll never get an invoice you didn't see coming.
Are these competitive?
Against big agencies, you'll typically pay a fraction for senior-level work. Against the cheapest option on the internet, no — offshore templates cost less, and you get what that buys. This is the price of one experienced US-based developer doing it right, once.
